The system never practices law.
Legawrite.AI is software that retrieves verified legal propositions, drafts prose from them under attorney direction, and records how each document was made. The attorney is the decision-maker of record for every filing. No output is filed without attorney review. No language model in the system writes a citation or a validity verdict; citations are retrieved from a verified record with their source attached. The residual risk of one-time extraction error is measured and published.

Essays, explainers, the benchmark, the Sanctions Tracker and every sample document or illustrative matter on this site describe methods and published law for information. They are not a substitute for a lawyer’s judgment on a specific matter. Sample documents use hypothetical facts. Where content states law, it states the law as of the date shown.

E&O coverage stands behind the output. Nothing on this site implies coverage of a lawyer’s own professional judgment; the attorney makes and signs every call. Policy terms are provided to customers in writing.
What we collect, and what we never train on.
We collect what is needed to run the service and to answer the email you send us. This website has no analytics-driven lead capture and no mailing list. Demo booking runs on Calendly, a third-party scheduling service, which collects the name and email you enter so the invite reaches you. Firm data lives in a per-firm database. We do not train models on client matters, and we do not share matter data across firms. The full privacy policy, including retention periods and subprocessors, is provided here in its counsel-reviewed form.
Terms of service.
The subscription is per attorney, per month. Each seat carries a monthly credit allotment, counted per work product; past the allotment, overage is charged only after the attorney approves the run that goes over. Nothing spends itself.
