How a firm gets set up

Accounts are provisioned during onboarding, with your firm set up alongside you: practice area, the side you usually represent, and jurisdiction. Your firm profile shapes captions, statute references and drafting throughout. There is no self-serve registration.

Where the day starts

Deep Research is one click from the dashboard. The Workflows launcher lists what is available for the matters you are carrying. A built-in site guide walks new attorneys through the product and can be relaunched at any time. Background job banners follow you to every page.

The matters list

Search, sort, grid or list, activity filters once you pass ten matters, type-to-confirm delete, twenty-four per page.

Inputs, what the system understood, what you can produce

• The matter header carries the private ingestion email address. Regenerating it makes the old address go dead instantly.
• The Fact Ledger and Claims open from the header. Facts are editable; claims can be sent back for a prima facie check.
• The Inputs panel lists documents; the Extracted panel shows the case theory and any Insight card. Documents can be uploaded, emailed in, or added from Google Drive or Dropbox, and from NetDocuments in Early access.
• The Production Line groups workflows as in progress, available now, locked (with the document that would unlock each) and filed.
• While a workflow is running, the matter is locked: edits, uploads and deletes are disabled until it finishes.

Demand Letter, Complaint Drafter, Demurrer, Complaint Checker

• Intake documents unlock the Demand Letter. The complaint unlocks the Demurrer, the Complaint Checker and, in Early access, Discovery Framework. A completed Demand Letter unlocks the Complaint Drafter.
• Each workflow moves through review tiles: facts, claims, outline (a mind map, one tab per cause of action), draft.
• Validate Selected COAs runs a coarse prima facie check, not an element-by-element analysis.
• Keep edits as redline preserves your manual changes as tracked changes. Approve and Print exports a Word document into the matter.
• Re-running a stage that already produced output asks first.

From a question to a verified memo

• Describe the scenario (up to a page) or dictate it.
• Review and approve the decomposition: scenario, goal, facts, factual questions, issues, exceptions, with a complexity badge.
• The memo shows the verification status of every citation and a citation table. Select any passage for a deeper expansion.
• Every session is kept in history; relaunch with changes without losing the original.

Your paper

Upload your firm’s Word templates for demand letters and demurrers with merge placeholders, each on its own paragraph. Exactly one active template per document type. Your first templates are loaded with you during onboarding. Subscription status and billing live under My Account.

Intake document

Anything the client or the firm supplies at the start; the source of extracted facts.

Workflow and job

A workflow is a drafting process; a job is one run of it, in the background.

Fact Ledger

The running, reviewable record of every fact extracted from the matter.

Redline

Your manual edits preserved as tracked changes on export.

Locked

A workflow that needs a document you have not added yet; the reason is shown in the row.
